Roland GR: changing blade holder position

I have a problem changing the position of the blade holder from rear to front. When I put the holder in the front position I can't fully lock the latch because it collides with the holder. I marked this part in the picture.
Could anyone make a video of how to change the holder position or explain in detail?

I just loosen the latch bolt more to get it in, and then tighten it back up. We have the same issue.
