Roland media profiles

I try to install profiles on my versaworks but it gives me error. I have a versacamm sp300v.

So how did you come by these profiles?

you may have downloaded a profile for a white or metallic ink setup, try looking on roland's website

I went to this site but i don't see versacamm sp300v

The SP series are widely used, and there are media profiles on the Roland site for those models (300 and 540 profiles for the SP are interchangeable).

SP series are four color (CMYK) machines only, with no support for light inks or specialty colors like white or silver.
