Roland OnSupport crashing

Our Roland OnSupport program crashes every time at startup. It's been happening since VersaWorks did it's upgrade a few days ago. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Same problem here, got the problem a couple months ago and haven't been able to use it since, sadly. I've tried everything. It was so great when it worked:! What OS do you run?

I'm using Win 8. Are you using the same? Did yours start crashing after a VersaWorks update?
