Roland PC-12 Repair

I've recently purchased a Roland PC-12 and I'm now starting to have problems with it's printing. Every inch or so, it moves the image over. Does anyone know where I can get this printer serviced or have any ideas on how to fix this problem?

From what I can see Roland has discontinued this line of PNC's. This, of course, doesn't mean that you can't get it serviced ... but you may need to call around a bit to see who will handle it.
