Need Help Roland PC-600 Issue

I have a roland PC-600 Colour Camm Pro which has been working perfectly today. When printing it jammed and since turning off and back on it doesn't print foils anymore. It prints as normal but when i check, it is not transferring the ribbon to the vinyl? Anyone have a fix for this? I ahev a backup PC-600 but i'm not sur ehow to align the cutting with the printing?
