Most any Roland dealer would be able to get them from Roland, but doubtful they would stock them.

What parts other than power switch, that you may be able to pick up at RadioShack or consumer electronics store..?

In Europe there is DigiPrint Supplies who has spare parts for Roland Printers and Cutters, also Mutoh, Mimaki, Vutek, DGI a.s.o. You can try on their web site. They also can help you in the US :).
