Roland Plotter with FlexiPro

Can't seem to poll size before cutting, using newly installed Roland GX24
with FlexiSign Pro 8.6 ???? Any help would be appreciated, tech support just passed the buck.

You probably are using a USB port. If you purchase a serial to USB port converter you will be able to poll size. They are about $30.00
