Roland PNC-960 DIP Switch Settings

My old Roland has a couple of DIP switches that I'm not sure what the difference is in the settings. For the most part, it works great the way it is, but mostly curious as to what conditions you would change these settings.

1. Blade Offset 0.25 or 0.175 (currently set to 0.25)
2. Sheet Weight Light or Heavy (currently set to light)
3. Smoothing On or Off (currently set to ON)

I set sheet weight to heavy when doing s/b mask - need to turn off and back on for settings to take effect

It cuts slower (snail-like)
