Roland printing lines

Having an issue with my vs-640. I attached a picture of what its doing. Have a tech coming to look at it tomorrow, seeing if I can't figure it out before then though. Done everything I know to do, as far as cleaning and such, but still has these lines. They come in the same spot on the print. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I did that once already, but maybe did'nt get it clean enough, trying again. Hope the strip did'nt go bad.

yeah, was a little more aggresive on cleaning it this time, working like a charm now, thanks.
