Need Help Roland RF-640 : ink leaking problem

The Roland rf-640 at my workplace is having an ink leak issue. Specifically, the cyan ink is leaking. I can see the ink pooling under the gold plate of the printhead. Does anyone know what's wrong with the machine and how to fix it? IMG_20250917_141327.jpg

If it is leaking through the head most likely a damper or manifold problem. It could also be the head has failed internally.
Move the head to the side over the vinyl and clean the surface and see if more ink comes out. If it doesnt then check your captop is draining properly as this can also cause ink on the head

Oh good to know, i think the captop is fine cause i can see it's draining the ink normally and properly. Maybe it is the damper, because i have been searching in the internet for the same thing happen to me and many people got the same problem like me too and they found out is either the damper or the head itself or the other part.
But still, Thank you so much for the information
