Roland RF640 Printing on 3M IJ180CV3 Light Banding on Solid Colors

Hello Everyone,
I have always had issue printing on the 3M IJ180CV3 media on my Roland RF640. I could never get a solid consistent color on this material. I have a 3M CAST rip but always tend to get light banding on solid print. (Print heads are great no technical issues) Any recommendation on how to get a solid consistent print.

My RF640 did that last week. It stopped banding after I did a normal clean then a manual clean. You might want to try to use a different profile. I send mine from Flexi to VersaWorks to handle my colors. Flexi floods my vinyl with ink if I use their profiles.
