Hey!
Some time ago, collegue was trying to change damper for a new one, but forgot to turn off machine. Probably u know, what was happened. Highly conductive sublimation ink dropped out directly into head cable connector. Printer was not able to boot anymore. So what we did:
- exchanged all pcb boards for new - put in new firmware
- exchanged heads and head cables for new
- checked all long cables (from carriage to pcbs) with multimeter

and result: printer is behaving like it seems to print (carriagge is scanning, no errors, no anything suspicious...) so machine is working correctly, except shooting ink :-D

so i checked again:
- fuses, transistors
- cables
- ink flow (while cleaning i can see ink flowing inside pump tubes, so there should be at least 1 nozzle visible)
- encoder sensor, encoder strip ( years ago, i have seen very similar problem on old Mimaki JV4, and problem was in encoder sensor pcb - but not this case, now its ok)

everything seem OK except that printer is still not shooting ink.

ANY IDEAS GUYS ? :) thanks
