I have ordered new wipers and captops. I did the head soak which improved a little bit. My print still spraying a little bit. Is there any other thing I could do to fix that meanwhile ?

Had a similar problem with our XC-540 (not the test print, the over spray). Had the encoder strip replaced and it fixed the problem. You could try cleaning the encoder strip first (if you haven't done that already. :) )

what is the encoder strip ? How do I clean that ?

*I AM NOT A TECHNICIAN* Lift the front cover of your printer and look up inside. You will see a clear "plastic" strip running the full width of your printer. That is the encoder strip. It basically tells the print head where it is. To clean it, VERY CAREFULLY, wipe with a clean swab or lint free cloth, damp with isopropyl alcohol. If the strip is scratched or damaged it may need to be replaced.

Look on YouTube also. There are instructional videos.

Good luck.

Yes ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

You need to do some research on youtube. It will help you get out of a world of trouble. Also find a roland certified tech in your area. And, Im just letting you know, asking a lot of questions without doing a search, because all these questions have been asked on this forum a hundred times before will get you flamed.
Good luck

YouTube is great, just be careful about some software calibrations. I did one for my machine once and the firmware had changed since the video. It caused my machine to blink call service and the heads would not cap... It all worked out fine after I got hold of a tech at 6:30 Friday evening...

When I do the bi directional alignment. I realise that the magenta is having hard time to print correctly.

*I AM NOT A TECHNICIAN* Still looks like it might be the encoder strip giving you problems, though, on your first test print you do have some deflected nozzles, especially in the black, so this could be an issue as well. If you have a magnifying glass, take a look at the over spray to see what colour it is. It may look black to the naked eye, but, just like a regular print, it might be made up of tiny droplets of CMYK ink. If it is just black, then it MAY be the deflected nozzles causing it. If the droplets are CMYK, then it MAY be the encoder strip. Sorry if my answer is vague, but there could be several causes, and, really, the only sure way to diagnose it is to have a tech look at it on site. Good luck.

Several things can cause that.. The ghosting around your prints almost looks like your head is set in the high position.... Should be in medium unless you're running very thick media. Encoder strip and static can cause it too, although with static it usually all trails one direction. If you clean the encoder strip do it gently! Make sure you clean it from end to end, only takes a little dirt or ink in one spot to throw the whole thing off, scratches can make it garbage.... Like others have said, there are several good instructional videos up on youtube.

I did the cleaning, changed captops, wiper. The only color that have the problem is magenta. I talked to 3 differents tech guys and they all think the head need to be changed.
