its either something as simple as your second black ink has run empty and hasn't flagfed machine. If you running bulk ink I'd check for air leaks in bulk feeder or cartridge.

most likely if that's all fine it's the black manifold ontop of the head, one of the "nipples" as a hairline crack or completely broke.

Try using a syringe to gently pull ink into the damper on the side of head not printing to ensure its flowing to that point. Then remove cap line from pump and again use syringe to gently pull ink into head. If you have good ink flow and no output after several more test prints check head cables to make sure ink wasn't spilled into that area making sure power is off and unplugged to be sure not to blow head board fuses!
