Roland sc-545ex i need help !! How to fix this ....thank you in advance

Power OFF and Unplug the Power and Network Cable.

Press the SubPower button on the front panel 3-4 times to make sure all power stored in mainboard is expelled.

Remove the Short Printhead cable on the Cyan #1 head (far left) and check the metal contacts. If all contacts on both ends of the cables (2 of the them) replace and make sure they are seated properly.

Might be a loose connection.

I did replace the two cables and is doing the same

With Power OFF an unplugged... remove the magenta ribbon cables completely - as in take them out of the printer.

Then move the ribbon cables from the Cyan head to the Magenta head (while leaving the other end of the cable in the print carriage board as it was [in the cyan channel]).

Magenta head will fire in place of cyan during test print, and Cyan will not print at all. NOTE: the position of print will differ on the test print and this is normal.

If the issue goes away, you could have faulty Cyan head.
