Roland SC500 is printing Grey colors green

Ive got a sc500 ripping with flexi sign 8.6. When we print grey colors it has a greenish tint. Any suggestions. Got a job that has to get out tonight and im pulling my hair out.

Are you using the Roland Color Library? What type of ink are you using? Have you tried printing it using Versaworks? There is a dongle version of Vworks available for these machines.

Grays are hard to hit on rolands... they do tend to go green - calibration is everything. Can't help you with Flexi, but wanted you to know it's a common problem. And I print out of versaworks.
