Please post a picture of the nozzle test print. Also, please print in unidirectional and see if your issue goes away.Not sure if that is the correct word or not. But my prints are coming out misaligned. Can anyone tell me what could cause this?
This is a first for me I've dealt with banding before but never prints like this.
I did have a head crash. So that would make sense! Thank you for your response!It's called horizontal alignment (head to head) and needs to be done in service mode. Can happen after a head crash. (Most of the time, the head angle (Bias) is affected as well and needs to be adjusted mechanically)

So that is not a nozzle test print. That is a “nozzle mask” test print that you posted. Please just send a regular nozzle test print, (function down to cleaning, right arrow and press enter) and I can tell you if you need the horizontal adjustment needed.Here you go!

Yes, both heads are out of alignment. You can see it in the middle of the test print. Notice that the right head is way more out of alignment than the left head. You will need a service level head alignment. You can get by in unidirectional for now.Oops. Here you go
