I own a roland sj 500 and just recently the magenta and cyan are only firing at 50% did multible cleanings, and soakings, etc.. And had no luck w them, so is there anyone out there who is willing to share a contact number of where i may be able to find them ,thank you, contact mark, 484 515 5610
