Any idea what could be wrong with my Light cyan? This happened after I changed the manifold on the magenta.

Yep.. Any massive shift like that is a data issue so check cables and such. Sometimes it's not as easy as just connecting the cable again.. The sometimes break mid cable which is a pain in the butt.

BTW you need to clean your magenta head a bit that deflection is going to ruin your prints.
