Roland Soljet Pro II SC-545EX - Banding Issue

Hi, I'm new to this forum.

I was hoping somebody could point us in the right direction on what is causing banding when printing certain colours and how to fix the problem. Please see the attached photo. We have bought a second hand Roland Soljet II SC-545EX printer.

What material? How many passes, head height, temp setting, etc.
At first glance it looks like banner skrim at 4pass.

Without seeing a test print, I'd guess it's a print head issue with clogged nozzles.
