Roland SolJet Pro III-XC-540...blacks suddenly printing more green?

Dunno whats going on, colors seem to look mostly ok but my blacks are printing really green now and no idea why. We generally print with the Pre-press US color profile. I find that if I use the MAX Density US color profile, my blacks are nice and black again but colors are slightly darker. Its good enough to get by but still rather use my normal Pre-Press US profile.

Also, the black alignment marks that the printer places when needed are nice and solid black though no matter which profile I use. This makes me think its something about the files im printing from but I am doing nothing different from what Ive always done.

Media / Profile / Color Settings ?

Test Print look perfect?

What has changed?

You can also change the artwork to present a deeper black, but on some medias (especially matte finish) it is difficult to get shadows in raster images to NOT turn greenish.

Actually Im thinking one of the colors is clogged. I couldnt remember how to print the Test Print with each color but I found it. The "B" section is showing the magenta has a ton of gaps. Hoping that has something to do with it. I unclogged the line once before with a syringe a while back and cant remember how to get to it, ugh! Trying to find a video or something on how its done....

Change the capping station sponge, medium clean, test print.
If that doesn't work then pull ink with a syringe.

I was looking into pulling the ink, do I do it from the hoses on the head or the ones underneith it? I havent been able to find a video on it that is close enough to the machine we are using

I FINALLY found this video on it and its the same machine we have. according to it, it is the tubes with the brass connectors. I did try it to one of the tubes yesterday and I couldnt pull anything out. not sure why, will try again monday

The dampers have a brass nut on them that fastens the ink line to the damper. I was recommending that you pull from the end of the captop tube when it should connect to the pump assembly.
