Roland Soljet PRO III XC 540 - Gray Printing Magneta

Every print I do that has even the smallest amount of gray in it is coming out with a magenta look to it.

Anyone have any solutions to this problem? And could you please explain in detal.

Here is a test print. Looks good to me except for a slight drop out in cyan.

Here is a print with the following values.
100%K - 90%K - 80%K - 70%K - 60%K - 50%K - 40%K - 30%K - 20%K - 10%K - 100%Y - 100%M - 100%C

As you can see, the grays are all printing with what appears to be magenta added.

From my limited knowledge I came to the conclusion that this is a profile issue. If it is, could anyone let me know how it can be corrected?

Color Chart

I printed out the color chart to see how my blacks would print and they appear to print very well.

Though I did notice the "Roland" logo and "Roland Color System Library" text have the same magenta problem I was dealing with before hand.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Head Height is set to low.

Would static cause the colors to change like that? The Roland logo text blue, this is purpleish.
