Roland Soljet PRO III XC 540 Magneta Overcast

I've had this XC540 for probably a year now and when I first got it the prints were excellent quality.

When I first got it I printed this picture of my neice for my cousin.

Fantastic quality.

A couple weeks ago he asked for another, so I printed it but I got this result.

As you can see there is much more magenta in this print than the previous one.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Yep, same vinyl, same file.

How would I fix a profile issue?

Did you use the exact same profile? It looks to me like they are two different profiles.

Check the VersaWorks Log File regarding the two jobs.... chances are a different profile or Color Management Preset was used.

I failed to mention this happens on every job with a gray area. The machine overcasts magenta on anything with gray in it.

It is possible the profile was updated if or when you ran a VersaWorks Update.

Test print after being closed for the weekend.

I don't see any major issues here. Just a slight drop out on cyan.

I'm not sure, I wouldn't believe so though.

I'm pretty sure it happened before an update, not after.
