Roland Soljet XR640 grey printing brown.

I need some help getting service on the printer I have. All of a sudden it seems to have stopped printing grey and now every grey color comes out a brown. I have ran a test print and I'm wondering if there is something clogged that it isn't using all the nozzles. I attached a photo of the test print and the grey colors. I did a manual cleaning of the print head, caps, and wiper. It was only mildly dirty, nothing was super caked up with ink. I have checked the ink cartridges and they seem full and as if they are releasing ink properly (Ink is visible at the opening and it isn't dried or sticky). A powerful clean has been done after a few normal cleaning cycles. I have went through all of the profiles and settings and nothing has been altered to affect the way it prints so I do not think this is a software problem. We have 2 computers we use to print from and both have the same issue coming from this printer.
I have had some small issues with printing for a month or two where the blue ink seems to be releasing past the loaded material. Not excessively or droplets but just a mild spray that is now visible on the machine.

As of right now I am looking for someone in the Fort Wayne, IN area that could come service the printer or if anyone has any knowledge to how to fix it.

Check your file format tab in Versaworks, then check what it’s converting under the hood. Also check what color profile you have and if it changed recently, such as True Rich Standard, Sign and Display.
