Looking for anyone out there that can give me some info as to what I'm up against. I recently purchased a Roland SC540. The main board was removed as this was a trade in and I want to install a main board to put this back in operation. I've found a reputable place that sells used parts and the board is available at a reasonable cost. From what I've read, these boards have to have the dim switches set and something about a battery?? Not sure what else might be involved. Can anyone shed some light on what I may or may not be able to do. Thanks in advance for any help on this issue.
