Need Help Roland SP-300 yellow ink

Recently picked up a Roland Sp-300v. I have replaced heads, dampened, caps and pump.
Old heads wouldn't print at all.
When I print bidrectional alignment it puts down a lower background. This is done on all configuration prints.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
