Roland SP-300V Printer/Cutter and Gerber HS-15 Plus Plotter

I also listed a Gerber HS-15 Plus Plotter: http://www.ebay.com/itm/271556054908...84.m1555.l2649

Both items are not working. The printer has been setting unused for a year causing parts to dry up. The test cut looks fine and the electronics seem OK. The plotter gives this error code: Power Relay Open. That may be an easy fix--or maybe not.
