roland sp 540 mainboard

got a Roland sp 540v, which blown the main board. i got a new replacement the board and now when i send the firmware the printer receives and install when it is completed it prompts me to switch off, which i did , but it does not come on when switch it on. any ideas ?

Make sure none of your buttons are stuck in. I had that happen to me on one of our xc-540s and one of the push buttons was stuck in on the front panel. It's a long shot but you never know.
