Hello,
my Roland Sp 540i has an issue. After reconnecting the cables of the printer head my printer is having the problem while printing. It only is printing blank, no ink at all.
also I cannot enter my service mode, message says protected. I have updated my firmware to 2.5 but still the same.
Please help me to encounter this issue
