Roland SP-540V Heater stopped working

Has anyone had experience working on the Main board of a Roland SP-540V when the Heater has stopped working? I have a spare Main Board and when I swap it out for a different one, the heater works....put in the original one and no go...so it is definitely something gone on the Main Board. Any ideas where to look?
