I have a Roland SP-540v that all of a sudden is printing the Magenta fuzzy or overspray. It's somewhat odd as I print from Versaworks in Hi-Quality or Standard mode and it's fuzzy ... but not in Hi-Speed Mode. I have a service manual and have done a number of adjustments. It prints fuzzy in uni and bi directional mode. I have tried to perform the Bi-Directional Calibration and the
Test Print is fine for all Black and Cyan patterns. The problem is in the Magenta/Yellow Patterns. In Rows: No.1 H2 Magenta/Yellow are fine! ... No. 3 H2 Magenta/Yellow are fine ... BUT ... the Magenta/Yellow in Rows: No. 2 and No. 4 are so far out of adjustment ... that it's not even possible to do anything about them. Any help would be great!
