I'm having trouble with my cyan and magenta, I think I need to replace the heads, but although i have heads and a manual, I think the service code has changed since the manual was created.
Does anyone know what the newest service code would be?
I've attached a picture of the overspray pattern - it's worse in unidirectional than bidirectional which seemed odd. Am I wrong about the print head?
