Roland SP300v wont cut last row of stickers

Fairly new to printing, but am having problems with my Roland SP-300V not cutting the last row of stickers. I have a sticker that is 2-1/2" w x 1-3/8 tall and creating a gang of 32. The machine will cut all the stickers except the very bottom line on the last sticker. See attached sketch.

In Versaworks under the File Format tab, check the EPS margin is greater than zero. Set it to 0.35mm.
