Roland SP300V won't power up

Roland versacam SP300V shut down for maintenence now it won't power back up .There is no light on the carriage board.the panel does not light. We have power to the power supply. How do I trouble shoot from here?

OK now have power, apparently one of the print head cables was not tight,
Now i have two issues
1) temp to low
2) no CY ink in line cartridge is half full, Removed dampner from line and pulled ink through (line) as soon as i remove syringe ink goes back

Blown fuse I guess? Have u resolved the issue?
