After changing my CYAN damper I am not getting any CYAN to print.
I have checked the two print head fuses with a multimeter and they are both good, and I have been told because the BLACK is printing which shares the same fuse, is another indicator the fuse is good.
I can draw CYAN ink from the bottom of the damper with a syringe.
I have changed the second from the left printhead ribbon cable (thinking it is the CYAN cable)?
I have done many cleaning and still, no CYAN is printing.
Does anyone know of any other things to check?
Does anyone know how to reverse the ribbon cables to check if data is actually going to the printhead?
