Roland Sp540v owners.... or anyone

I just noticed on my last couple of shirt material prints that my cyan seems to be given an overspray... I guess the best way to explain it is... it looks like a faded hazy offset around my art. Its faint but.. its not right.

Anyone had any experience with this? I cleaned it a few days ago. Before I take it apart, just was wondering if you all had any info to pass along.

thanks
Eric

If all nozzles fire correctly with test print, I would agree with MichaelAlmand. High head height.

Another thing or two to check: bi-directional settings, replace wipers, consider the age of the cyan printhead.

When you say you cleaned it, did you just do a head cleaning, or did you manual clean it? If you haven't manual cleaned it I would try that.
