Roland supplies????

Hi im from Costa Rica have only one place to buy roland suplies but they dont have it. I have been one week with out working and getting very anoyed with roland policies as my printer is down and nobody has the part I need or dont want to sell it to us. because ATM is the representative of Roland. This place ATM has a very bad service,they told us maybe in two weeks they would have the part I need. Ok to the point I need the carrier cable. What is the best place were I can get it online?

Carrier cable is common part, easy to find.
It seems like you are very hard to get service and spare parts in your market.
You can try buy parts from other country.
