Roland support page

Hello fellow Roland users. Can somebody do me a little favor? Go to the Rolanddga.com support page and where it asks for your model number and serial number, see if it actually does anything after you enter your info. I have been trying all day and all it does is say "FINDING RESULTS" I let it go for over an hour and that's all it did. Just want to know if it's just me, or if everybody is having the same issue. Thanks
