Anyone have any experience or knowledge of these machines? I'm looking to buy a used one for $400. It comes extra vinyl, vinyl wall hanger. Sound like a good deal?

Are you asking about the Stika 15" cutters? Hmmmm...not a big fan of the Stika, it's "ok" for home use, but not for any type of production. Save yourself grief and search for a used cutter, it may cost a bit more but you get what you pay for. ...Just my opinion, and I greatly urge my customers to upgrade to a "real" cutter - of course someone will say differently so take it for what it's worth.
