Thanks for checking with CS Sign Supply Brian. As we discussed, we are happy to assist while the cost will be expensive due to the 720+ mile round trip drive. They are welcome to call us with questions if they wish... replacing wipers, scraper, captops, blades and cleaning of the heads are standard User tasks that should not require a service tech. If they are having trouble with the SP-540V, again, I would be happy to offer advice.
Southeastern out of Apex, NC would be the closest to them, that I recall. Maybe 200 miles?

Flying to MB would be an option to save a little travel time, but overall cost would still be close to the same.
