Printer was working fine one day the next day it tells me channel 4 ink is out so I replace it. After replacing the ink and telling it ink was replaced it continue the start up process. I noticed the pressure pump was cycling a little longer than normal and then it happened... it throws the error code 0380 (0080). I turned the machine off, waited a couple minutes before turning it back on. The time for maintenance prompt came up for tray clean. I told it to proceed and it started up and ran through the damper cycle and then I heard the pressure pump begin to cycle and again it took longer than normal and BAM... same code. I checked the damper sensors and all were good except for head 4. There appeared to be air in channel 4 line. So turned the machine off and did a system bypass to see if I could do a heavy clean, but that didn't work either... same code. I pulled ink through the line using my handy dandy break bleeder and restarted the machine. Again... it starts goes through the process, but when the pressure pump kicks in it throw the code. I am assuming it's the first pressure pump (furthest to the right) since that is the one I see and physically feel trying to process before it throws the code.
Need to know the part number to the pressure pump but I don't have a parts manual so I am not sure what to order.
I would greatly appreciate some input and a link to a parts manual.
Thank you
