Hello everyone, I ran into problems with my printer. I'm getting an error message - scan motor error code: 0020 0020 and the red lights start flashing, does anyone have an idea of what it can be?

Usually happens at the end of a roll of media.
Power printer off then power back on after a few minutes.

If there was nothing obvious like a media jam or something else blocking the carriage, I first recommend that you clean the encoder strip if power cycling doesn't solve the problem. (While it's powered off in back, check to make sure that the carriage moves smoothly and easily.)
