Roland UV LEC-330 Doesn't show connected on Versaworks 6 Windows 10 64bit

Hi does anyone know please why it says its not connected on versa works?

i HAD IT CONNECTED But for some reason even after many reboots and on/off printer isnt connecting to veraworks

But as you can see top image it is connected to the networks and IP Address is ok

also used angry IP scanner and found the IP Address online!

I've found my setup to be buggy at times. I'll simply do a hard reboot on the printer (shut down) and computer. This has resolved 'broken' connections between Versaworks and the LEC.
This is all assuming you haven't done any major network adjustments

Yes the only thing that works is switch off the machine from the mains and restart it then it connected OK, thanks again
