I've had this problem before but at the time the network adapter was diasbled so all I had to do was to enable it. But now its enabled and it still says itd Not Connected. I do a lot of gaming, like Starcrft 2, World of Warcraft, Red Alert 3, Command and Conquer 4 and recently downloaded a torrent program. Please help not sure ehat to do in regards to the problem and in terms or ringing Roland or my suppliers who supplied the printer, do I delete all of my games? Do I tell the truth? Do I use my lap top which has nothing installed on it?

Have you checked connections, rebooted, restarted printer with main poser switch??? Haave you checked your ip addresses on your network connection and on your printer? Sounds like a network issue.

I solved the issus by ringing the technician that installed my printer through Australian Visual Solutions. He said to first unplug the corss but that dint work then to check the IP V4 properties and to haver the option selected to actually specify your own IP address and subnet mask before it was on obtain automaticaly, not sure how but I guess from a lot of gaming or software.

And this solved the issue that the IP was conflicting with the printer or something like that basicaly to have 2 different IPs not on of the same.
