I am hoping you can help me with my VS-640i, it seems to cut all the cutlines twice but also slightly off where it should be so I'm not sure what it's doing. I use VersaWorks as the software to print with and Adobe Illustrator to create the artwork. I usually make a new layer for the cut lines and make it the top layer with no fill, the stroke the CutContour swatch and aligned to the centre with a 0.25 weight. It doesnt seem to make a difference if I save as an eps or pdf file as suggested online.
It leaves a white line around the artwork sas you can see but I can peal off some of it but not all of it. I can watch it cut twice but I cant work out why it does it and it makes it so much harder to weed outetc etc
