Roland versauv LEJ640 black streaks

Hello everyone. New to this community. Hopefully this is the fright place to post this. I am experiencing an issue with a Roland VersaUV Lej640ft flatbed printer. It’s been about almost a week that it is starting to print black streaks on my material. The material I use is Coroplast or (plastic cardboard. Used for yard signs.

I did clean heads already. Tried different head heights and I still get the streaks. I have ground wires that are connected to avoid static.

What else could it be and how could I fix it ? In the picture attached it is only on that side.

Yes, this is very odd. What is the direction of the print traveling out of the printer. Or can you on a roll of material?

this is a flat bed printer. the direction of the print is portrait. up and down. if i make the file landscape, to print left to right, i still get the same thing but less and only on the edges. i tried a different print file and its the same thing. i also tried saving it as a pdf and not an EPS which i regularly do but nothing seems to help.
