Need Help Roland VersaWorks says the current version of Verssworks doesn't support your ink

Hello am been trying to figure out. Why versa works can't recognize my genuine roland inks when I press verify it detects my printer but a message pops thr current version of Versaworks doesn't support the ink your using update your versaworks. I have tried version 4.8 and version 5.51 I have the sp300v with USB connection. On version 4.8 I got the can't detect ink type on version 5.51 I got upgrade versaworks pics are attached.
Please let me know anyone. Thanks

Use administrator when installing Versaworks, only way worked for me .Good Luck

Well um, did you try to update it?
(I don't remember what is the version that it would update to)

What Ink Type shows the display of your printer when booting?

The SP300V will not check the kind of ink which is in the cartridges you are using, because the printer is not able to read the chips on the cartridge. All depends on the ink type setting.
