Roland Versaworks Won't Read Cut Lines. Please Help!

Good morning to all! Hope everyone is doing well on this Wednesday.

For some reason i can't get Versaworks to read the cut lines in the files attached. Every now and then that happens and I end up Flattening the transparency which typically fixes the problem. The same is true here but the problem is that the images change and i can't get them back to the way they looked before.

Hopefully the above makes sense and if you can help out please let me know. Thanks so much.

Do you usually print from illustrator to versaworks?

Solution is transparency option in "custom" area.

"convert all strokes to outline" box was checked.

Unchecking fixed problem.

First off I want to say thank you for the explanation.

We were working on a file to contour cut a drawing and that check box was the problem.

I am new to the forum but have been finding fixes to problems here. Finally decided it was time to be a member.
