I'm getting a new issue with my every growing pain in the @$$ Truevis printer. This started today. When I try to print an image it gets to a certain area (See image) and then the carriage acts like it hits something and disconnects (Image 2), causing a scan motor error. I've checked and nothing seems to be hitting anything, and it's odd that it's happening at the same point in the print over and over again. Has anyone had any similar issues or have any ideas for things I could try to fix this? Thank you!
