Need Help Roland VG2-540 Code 0380 (0020)

Not sure if my Cyan and Magenta damper is causing this, But both side fill up way to much then the code pops up. I had the same issue about 3 months ago and the tech said it was a head issue. So we did new print head, cap top, and damper. IMG_1546.jpeg
